Visa On Arrival (VOA)
Requirements:
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months
- A pre-approved visa letter
- Data page of applicant Passport
- One clear white background passport photograph
- A valid return ticket
- Proof of sufficient funds ( one month recent bank statement)
Requirements for 5 years multiple entry visa to Nigeria:
- Applicant Passport Booklet
- A copy of return travel ticket
- One month statement of account

- Data page of Nigeria passport, (expired not withstanding) for Nigerian with dual citizenship

Subject to Regularization Visa (STR)
The STR (Subject to Regularization) visa in Nigeria is a temporary entry visa for foreign nationals who have found employment in Nigeria, allowing them to enter the country while finalizing the requirements for a long-term work and residency permit.
Requirements:
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
- Letter of employment
- Return ticket.
- Evidence of sufficient funds
- Curriculum vitae or resume
- Extract of the minutes of the Board's resolution (for Chief Executive Officers).
- Four copies of application for *STR visa from sending company.
- Four copies of letter of appointment from the accepting company in Nigeria.
- Four copies of the employment contract.
- Four copies of letter of acceptance by the applicant.
- Four copies of expatriate quotas issued by the Ministry of Interior of Nigeria.
- Tax clearance from employers company in Nigeria
Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC)
Requirements:
- Application letter addressed to the High Commission/Consulate
- One Passport Photograph
- Copy of Expired or Lost/Stolen Passport.
- Police Report for Lost/Stolen Passport
- Copy of Travel Plan/ Itinerary
Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Aliens Card (CERPAC)
CERPAC (Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Aliens Card) is a crucial document for foreigners to legally live and work in Nigeria, issued by the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS). It allows expatriates to stay in Nigeria for up to two years, subject to renewal and validity of expatriate quota

- A completed CERPAC statutory form, and other supporting documents.
